I’m Rosalyn although most people call me Stephanie. Long story lol. I am a mother to two boys, wife, blogger, and full time worker. I live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and with the help of my kids I am a part of a slew of sports. From football, wrestling, baseball you name it my kids are involved. If ever a new sport were to come up my kids probably would be first in line to sign up lol. Through my journey in motherhood I found that I somehow lost the time I had to take care of me. I am a busy woman yes but so are many others. My story is similar to other mothers who just do not have the time to even spare a minute.
Finding the time to devote to yourself can seem downright impossible. I understand first hand the trials of having to choose between working out and taking my sons to one of their many extra curricular activities. Nine times out of ten the kids win. I have found that although I have a million and one things to get done, achieving my sexy is important. No I am not and never will be a work out addict but I do realize that healthy eating and exercise is important to maintain my well being. With that being said, I am here to give you tips on finding time to devote to yourself. I will provide you with easy to do meal plans, exercises and pointers to “find” the time to devote to yourself. Working out is not easy especially when you have so many other things to tend to but believe me it is worth the effort. Together we will embark on this journey called life and discover new ways to squeeze in moments that will help us look and feel our best.
